Healing a haematoma in newborns

Q: I'm considering using Arnica Gel on my newborn sons (2 weeks old) hematoma (vacuum extraction at delivery) but want to make sure it's safe! I don't know a lot about homeopathic medicine and need to know it's safe before doing so. The other option is leaving it alone and letting it heal (very slowly) with time. What do you suggest?
A: I would suggest that you use Arnica in the oral form. The body heals itself from the inside-out and it will work much faster if you use Arnica 200c, three times a day either in mouth spray form, or tablet, which can be crushed and placed in the front of your babies' mouths. Continue use until the haematoma has disappeared. All homeopathic remedies are completely safe for newborn babies, as they have no negative side-effects, unlike conventional medicine.
