Homeopathy for horses

Q: Is there anything you would recommend for a horse with degenerative joint disease (manifests itself much like osteoarthritis). She is stiff and excessive work/work on hard ground makes hind fetlock joints puffy but not hot. Obviously painful as she appears lethargic but I think this is more reluctance to cause herself pain than actual lethargy. Would the dilution be different for a horse?
A: Try a combination of:
Ledum Palustre 200c (4 – 6 times a day)
Rhus Tox 200c (4 – 6 times a day)
Ruta Graveolens (4 – 6 times a day)
