Q: I'm very interested in knowing natural remedies for bad menstrual cramps ... during that time of the month i feel nauseous, light headed and usually vomit ... i want to stop taking strong painkillers ...thank u!!
A: I would suggest a combination of Sepia 200c and Cimicifuga 200c hourly during menstruation and then 4 times a day for prevention, until symptoms disappear.
