Q: I was listening to your talk on 702 a while ago. I really would like to try a natural remedy for post-nasal drip. I have used tablets with cortisone in them, plus other tablets from the chemist. They help for a while then it starts up again, especially at night, and I start coughing.
A: Try a combination of:
Allium Cepa 200c 4 – 6 times a day
Drosera 200c 4 – 6 times a day
Alternatively, consider the Sinusitis, Rhinitis & Post-nasal drip formula in our Symphony range.
Reduce frequency as symptoms improve and stop taking the remedy/ies once symptoms disappear.
